Tree Risk Assessment in Vancouver
A tree risk assessment will help to determine if a tree poses a hazard or danger to its surroundings. In case a hazard is detected it can either be mitigated by trimming or the installation of hardware e.g.: cabling/bracing. In case mitigation is not possible and tree retention presents a High Risk, a removal of the tree will be necessary.
Tree risk assessments can range from a simple visual inspection to more detailed surveys using tools such as an “ArborSonic Acoustic Tomograph” that measures the density and viability of the tree’s internal structure. Ash Grove Tree Solutions can carry out standardized Tree Risk assessments according to ISA (=International Society of Arboriculture) standards. We are long standing members of the ISA as well as ISA Certified Arborists (ID: PN-6922A) and ISA Certified Tree Risk Assessors (ID: TN-6922A).
